In addition, this year the entire museum will remain

open for guests to visit!

Highlights include:

  • The 1932 Gulf, Colorado & Santa Fe Depot.

  • The RPO car, Rail Post Office, is an actual restored postal car that used to travel the country delivering mail.

  • Two sleeper cars you can walk through and see how travelers used to journey across the country before airlines and the interstate system.

  • Two steam locomotives you can climb into and pretend to be an engineer.  Great photo opportunity for parents!

  • Four display cars with indoor exhibits featuring the history of the railroads in the United States.

  • No visit would be complete without a stop at the Gift Shop!  We're stocked up with train-themed toys, books, stuffed animals and great gifts for your own railfan!
