Tickets, Parking and Prices
The Galveston Railroad Museum uses Etix as its' ticketing partner.
Ticket Prices for this year's event are:
Member Admission:
Adults (ages 13+) $10
Child (ages 3-12) $5
Infants (2 & under) Free
General Admission:
Adults (ages 13+) $20
Child (ages 3-12) $15
Infants (2 & under) Free
Add-ons: (admission must be purchased first)
Holiday Harborside Express Train Rides $5
Pre-paid Parking $15*
Day of Parking $20 (Cash Only)
Santa Pictures start at $20**
*Pre-paid parking cannot be purchased after 11:59 the day before arrival. For example, Friday pre-paid parking cannot be purchased after 11:59pm on Thursday.
**All payments for photos will be collected by photographer. See Socially Distanced Pictures with Santa for more information.
Limited Parking: Please note that Museum Parking will be limited to 105 cars in the museum's parking lot. However, Downtown Galveston does have street parking and multiple paid parking lots. They may involve walking, sometimes a few blocks.

The Etix Box Office, its phone center and website, are the only authorized outlets for tickets for the Galveston Railroad Museum. We do not allow tickets purchased from any other sources, such as brokers or secondary market web sites. We urge patrons to purchase tickets only from Etix Box Office.
When you buy from someone other than the Etix Box Office:
• We cannot guarantee that your tickets are genuine
• You almost always pay more than face value
• We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets
• We cannot contact you with information on show cancellations, time changes or other useful information

In the event of an emergency cancellation due to weather or mechanical failures, performance(s) may be canceled. If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets in the name of the person who purchased the ticket. In no event will delivery charges or any other amounts be refunded. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
